Please take note that regardless of whether you are making purchases over the Web Interface, registering at it or only visiting it, it is necessary to comply with the rules stated below, which define and specify the terms and conditions of use for all functional components of the Web Interface.

1 Registration at the Web Interface

At the Web Interface you can register using the registration form available at the Web Interface. The required information should be completed in the registration form, in particular your first name, surname and contact e-mail address. A user account is established by registration.

You need a user name and password to access your user account. Please keep the access information for your user account secret. Our company is not liable for any abuse of a user account by a third party.

Information stated during registration has to be truthful and complete. We can cancel an account for which untruthful and/or incomplete information were used without compensation.

In the event of changes to your information, we recommend making an immediate alteration in our user account.

Through your user account you can primarily order goods, monitor orders and administer your user account. Any other user account functions are always specified at the Web Interface.

Please take note that we are entitled to cancel your user account without compensation if, through your account, there are breaches of accepted practices, valid legal regulations or such terms and conditions of use.

2 Protection of Personal Data

When completing an order or when registering at the Web Interface, you provide us with some of your personal data. Also, when using the Web Interface other data to which we have access is obtained, stored and processed. By inputting personal data and using the Web Interface you consent to the processing and gathering of your personal data to the extent specified below and also for the purposes specified below, until you express a lack of consent to such processing.

Protection of personal data is very important for us. When handling personal data we therefore proceed in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on protection of personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data Protection Act”), as amended.

1 What are personal and other data?

Personal data are data that you voluntarily provide us with when completing an order or registration. Personal data are understood to mean all information that identify or could identify a specific person. Personal data are, in particular, but not limited to your first name and surname, photograph, date of birth, e-mail address and residential address or telephone number.

Other data that we obtain automatically in connection with the use of the Web Interface are your IP address, type of browser, device and operating system, the time and number of accesses to the Web Interface, information obtained using cookies and other similar information. We draw attention to the fact that we can obtain the data even without registration and regardless of whether you make a purchase at the Web Interface or not.

2 How do we use personal and other data?

Through personal and other data we primarily enable you to access your account and have the easiest use of the Web Interface.

We also use the data for communication regarding the administration of your account and for user support. The data can be used for improving our services, including using an analysis of the behaviour of users at the Web Interface.

The data can be used for sales and marketing purposes, i.e. to maintain a database of Web Interface users and to offer goods and services, for an unfixed term. By sending an order or registering you consent to the sending of commercial communications using all electronic means.

You can rescind consent to the sending of commercial messages and e-mails for direct marketing purposes at any time by sending an e-mail to our contact e-mail address.

3 How do we administer and process your personal data?

Our company is a controller of personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act and is listed in the register maintained by the Office for Protection of Personal Data under the registered number _________.

We can authorise a third party, as the processor, to process your personal and other data.

The personal and other data obtained are fully secured against abuse.

The personal data will be processed for an unfixed term. The personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automatized manner or in printed form in a non-automatized manner.

4 Who will we hand your personal data over to?

We will not hand your personal data over to any other person. The exception is external carriers and persons participating in the delivery of goods or provision of a service. Your personal data are handed over to such persons to the minimum extent necessary for delivery of goods or provision of a service.

5 What are your rights in connection with the personal data?

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to information about their processing (information about the purpose of processing, information about the sources of the data and information about the recipient). This information will be provided to you on request without undue delay. You are also entitled to the correction of personal data and other statutory rights to such data.

Based on your written request, we will remove your personal data from the database.

If you believe that our company or a personal data processor is performing processing of your personal data that is in conflict with the law, you can:

• Ask us or the processor for an explanation;

• Ask us or a processor to correct the situation. In particular, this could concern blocking, making a correction, supplementation or disposal of personal data.

We will try to comply with your requests when protecting your personal data. However, if you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you are entitled to contact the relevant bodies, in particular the Office for Protection of Personal Data. This provision does not affect your entitlement to contact the Office for Protection of Personal Data directly with an application.

We can require reasonable compensation for the provision of information on processing personal data not exceeding the costs necessary for the provision of information.

3 Google Services and Cookies

The Web Interface uses “cookies” for its activities. The Web Interface also uses the Google Analytics service and possibly other services provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter “Google”). Cookies are used as a part of these services.

1 What are cookies and how do you express consent to their use?

Cookies are text files stored on the computer or other electronic device of every visitor to the Web Interface that enable an analysis of the use of the Web Interface.

By ticking consent at the Web Interface you grant your consent to the use of cookies, as well as to the processing of data about you by Google and our company, in the manner and for the purposes set out in more detail at the Web Interface.

2 Can you prevent the cookies being saved on your computer in any way?

You can reject the use of cookies by making the appropriate selection in your internet browser settings.

We draw attention to the fact that when refusing to use cookies it is possible that you will not be able to make full use of all functions of the Web Interface.

4 Protection of Copyrights

The content of the website located at the Web Interface (texts, photographs, images, logos, etc.), including the Web Interface software and these terms and conditions, is protected by our copyright and can be protected by rights of other persons. You may not alter, copy, duplicate, disseminate or use the content for any purpose without the consent of our company or the copyright holder. In particular, there is a prohibition against making available photographs and texts located at the Web Interface for free or for consideration.

The names and designations of products, goods, services, companies and firms can be registered trademarks of the relevant owners.

1 In what ways will we proceed following a breach of copyright?

If the aforementioned prohibition is not respected, we will proceed in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended.

Our company, as the holder of copyrights, has, in particular, the right to claim infringement of our copyrights must cease, and request the withdrawal of unauthorised copies of protected content.

We also have the right to request reasonable compensation for detriment caused.

5 Other Relations Connected to Use of Web Interface

1 We would like to draw your attention to the fact that by clicking on one of the links in the Web Interface you could leave the Web Interface and be re-routed to a third party website. 

2 Our company does not bear liability for errors arising as a consequence of third party interference with the Web Interface or as a consequence of its use in conflict with its designation. When using the Web Interface you cannot use mechanisms, software, scripts or other procedures that could have a negative influence on its operation, i.e. primarily interfere with the functioning of the system or unreasonably burden the system, and you also cannot perform any activity that could enable you or third parties to, without authorisation, interfere or, without authorisation, use software or other parts comprising the Web Interface and use the Web Interface or part thereof or software in a manner that would be in conflict with its designation or purpose.

3 We cannot guarantee you uninterrupted access to the Web Interface, or that the Web Interface will be free of defects or secure. We are not liable for damage caused during the realisation of access and use of the Web Interface, including any damage arising when downloading data published at the Web Interface, damage caused by a suspension of operations, a defect in the Web Interface, computer viruses, damage as a consequence of loss of data, profit or unauthorised access to transfers and data.

4 If, when using the Web Interface, you commit any unlawful or unethical actions, we are entitled to limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Web Interface, without any compensation. In this case you are also obligated to compensate our company for damage demonstrably caused by your actions in accordance with this paragraph, in full.
